Welcome to the website of the Parish of St Barnabas the Apostle, Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

Established in 1994 in Southport on the Gold Coast, we are under the omophorion of His Eminence Paul (Saliba), Metropolitan Archbishop of Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, and pastored by the Reverend Father Raymond Smith.

The Parish of St Barnabas aims to provide a stable, warm and caring family to reach out to others with the Good News of the Resurrection and the fulness of the Faith. A far-reaching parish, we have members from the Darling Downs to northern New South Wales.

In accord with these emphases, all of our services are celebrated in the English language.
